One of the several automotive cements products from ???  has a very high 
dielectric constant and I've used it for re-building BC-610 coils and 
the like.  The name of the company escapes me at this moment... and I 
don't have any here at the moment...  Rats.... they make a whole series 
of cement products....  I'm sure it will come to mind.  Ahhh  I 
remember.. its one of the JB Weld products  ... that's it.  The point 
is, it does work very well.
