[ARC5] SCR-274-N AF Transformer T-1 Note

I wrote:

> SCR-274-N -B models:  T-1 8000/600-ohm secondary (WECO part ES-691027).
> Primary 4000 turns #40 enamelled wire, tapped at 2000 turns.
> Secondary 1800 turns #38 enamelled wire, tapped at 1325 turns.
> Primary DC resistance 1028 to 1300-ohms, secondary DC resistance
> 292 to 370-ohms, tapped secondary DC resistance 86 to 110-ohm.

The above data extracted from the SCR-274-N manuals presents the data for
the secondary winding awkwardly.

The specified tap at 1325 turns is from the *top* of the secondary (terminal
3 to terminal 6), so the number of effective turns in the 600-ohm secondary
(terminal 6 to T-1 case) is 475 turns.

A quick check of one -B model here that is connected for 8000-ohm output
shows a DC resistance of 312-ohms terminal 3 to ground, while another -B
model here that is connected for 600-ohm output shows 129-ohms terminal 6
to ground.
