     I can't even begin to make sense of the thread but I 
suspect that any warnings about cleaning out after dressing 
a commutator is to get rid of the abrasive residue of the 
dresser and any metallic dust from the commutator.  There 
are pretty complete instructions in many of the older books 
on electrical maintenance.
