[ARC5] 25 year old cars

There are no pollution tests for the oldies except out in La La Land.

I also have a 78 F-150 that is used for plowing the property and a few 
neighbors. With a 400M engine and 4bbl its not gentle on the gas but it 
starts in any weather. Muffler fell off during the last storm.

Will these older cars pass modern federal pollution tests or do you have to 
register them as antique vehicles?
