[ARC5] A Source for Tools Etc

Actually these prices don't sound out of line. Anyone tried to buy any Xcelite tools lately? Some of the special pliers like bent needle nose, angled-tip cutters, etc etc can easily fetch over $20 each!
The question is, are they quality tools? If they are Chinese-made I would think twice before paying such prices. Many (read: MOST, in my experience) Chinese tools are not worth a hoot! Needle-nose pliers with slick jaws, which won't grip anything... cutters so soft that if one tries to snip hard-drawn wire, it leaves a dent in the cutting surface of the jaw on the first try... etc etc ad infinitum. Yes, I HAVE been there and HAVE done that, ordering tools for public-safety radio repair shops. I bought Eclipse (and some Crescent, some Velleman) brand tools ONCE, trying to save some money. Quoth the Raven: "NEVERMORE!"
"Ah so, Yankee Dog... You hear of Chinese Junk?
"We SHOW you -- CHINESE JUNK!"
Murcan-made tool: "DING HAO!" Chinese tool: "BU HAO!"
