Do you have the "value" of the coils available from Tanner?
Or, did you just go through the parts bins?

----------------------

Just went through the bins.
Since the circuit resonates with 100 pFd across it,
which is 408 Ohms reactance at 3.9 MC,
the coil with the slug at the top of the form is going
to be about 17 microHenrys.
The input impedance of an NE612, IIRC is 500 ohms,
so this is "close enough for government work,"
as they say. Seems to work well.

I'm going to Tanners later in the week and grab a handful.
Good little coils. They have a tap about a dozen turns
from the bottom but I don't use it.
Anyone who sends me a pre-stamped, padded envelope
with a buck in it, I'll send you three by return mail.
Postage on the envelope probably $1 in the US.
Likely about 6 oz. shipping or so if anyone
outside the States wants some.
I'm good at QRZ.com
