[ARC5] 10 meter BC-454 - another bit of news.

This is an interesting idea. I have a Gonset 3-band converter doing
nothing, and a setup that I built around a BC-946 for XYL to
listen to KNX (this worked perfectly, but has been supplanted by
an advert-free PBS station). The previous owner applied the
usual mods but forgot to rip out the BFO, so in combination with
the Gonset might work OK. I wonder what the stability of the
converter is like....
