        When fighting a war, there          is no significant penalty for having too many bullets, or arrows,                or aircraft, or (fill in the blank).  There is an enormous penalty                    for having too few.

The contract records are among those I gave to NASM - I think I may
still have a copy of the telegram sent to Boonton on VJ day. It was
brutal. Two hours to halt all work -
