thoroughly checked out L-3: L-3 should tune 28 to 30 MHz, instead of 60 to 83 MHz. After I have gotten L-3 to tune in the correct range, I can look more closely at L-2. I have not yet figured out where the 42 pfd of capacitance in parallel with it is coming from. Thanks for the help, Robert. Ken W7EKB
