[ARC5] Graphic Survey of WWII Radar and Comm Equipment

I used Windows 8 with IE 10 on the "Win8" interface. Instead of clicking  "save" I clicked "open" and an error message from Adobe Reader (v11.0.01) popped up saying the file was corrupted and Reader could not repair it. I suspect there could be a "bug" in an Adobe update I installed.  
 At the bottom of the Archive page is a link to the original source, an Army College. I'll save you (I hope) the 45 minutes it took for me to find them.
