[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Graphic Survey of WWII Radar and Comm Equipment

I have now tried to download the .pdfs on three different Windows
machines, all using IE 8 and get only empty files. The .pdfs can be
viewed, but not downloaded.

There is clearly some problem with the archive files.
