[ARC5] ID a piece of gear

Sorry, don't have pics for this (since I try to ID this every couple
of years, yes I should have pictures).

This is some sort of VHF TX/RX, perhaps an altimeter, perhaps
some sort of IFF gear?

On one side of the unit: 6SH7 6SN7 6V6
At right angles to this: 6SK7x5, 6SN7
Underneath, compartment 1: 956, 9004
Underneath, compartment 2: 829B, 8025x2

The 829B appears to be modulating the pair of 8025s (30W VHF triode).
