Robert reported problems accessing the files. I've never had any problems
accessing anything on archive.org. Earlier today just to verify I still
have no problems, I was able to exercise the read online option for all
five files and download the pdfs. I did that on *both* my old Win Vista
laptop (Adobe Reader 10.1.5), and on my Samsung Android phone without any
problem. The top of the URL page I cited below shows me as an "anonymous
user" without any sign-in or joining.

I don't know what is causing problems for some. A mystery!
