That should have been CCT-62036 (Stromberg-Carlson rather than A.R.C.)

The whole top cover assembly is definitely SCR-274-N. Note the tube type markings
like "VT-131". SIgnal Corps VT designations are never found on AN/ARC-5 sets except
on BC-942 VHF receivers that were converted to R-28/ARC-5 VHF receivers, and maybe
BC-950 VHF transmitters that were converted to T-23/ARC-5 VHF transmitters.
