[ARC5] MEK, styrofoam cups and ARC-5 coils.

I tried making some coil dope using styro packing peanuts and acetone 
(based on some distant and possibly imperfect recollection).   The 
peanuts never did fully dissolve and a stringy gooey mess resulted.   
Guess I need to try again with MEK and proper styrofoam cups.

I even have a little GC "Coil Dope" bottle to store the result in, 
although the brush-in-the-lid is long gone.
