What I see are two Clevite filters/resonators, and, no zip code in the address. Also, double sided glass board. All pretty much confirm the pre 1963 claim, especially the lack of a zip code. Long ago, some of the call letters indicated were Naval frequencies for time dissemination. Do not know what they were during the early 60's. Not a frequency range too conducive for spy missions. 73 - Mike

Seller claims it to be 1960-1961 production. I doubt it. Probably in the early/mid 70s. Unfortunately the Collins filter is not shown. The mechanical style would give a hint when it was manufactured.
