[ARC5] Novice License document

Hi All - I upgraded from Novice to General in the mid 1960's and then Extra
in 1967.  In digging through my old files, I find that I don't have the
actual Novice or General license "tickets" which I think I would have
kept.  Is it possible that the FCC required us to turn those forms in as we
upgraded?  Or did I just loose them?  LOL

Anyone out there still have their previous tickets?
