The other transmitter is a BC-457 (4-5.3Mc) and appears to be the start of
the 80 meter linear amplifier as described in Volume III of the Surplus
Radio Conversion Manual.  The linear amplifier immediately follows the
BC-458 -> SSB Transmitter project in the book.
