[ARC5] sweet!

The ART-13 & ARB is well documented as the Liason part of Command
(ARC-5)/Liason system.

I have a heavily ham-hacked ARB if anyone needs internal parts. (No motor,
dyno, tuning gearhead, connectors). If you want something, or even the
whole chassis, drop me a note off-list.
