  There's a red stamping under the nomenclature plate.
  I can make out:

       MODIFIED FOR OPERATIONAL
           FLIGHT ( sumthin' sumthin' sumthin)
            DO NOT INSTALL 
              IN AIRCRAFT

   Can someone with a Hi-Def display make out
   the words after "FLIGHT" ?
