Not really.

There are several issues:

If it's a logic supply (and it may well be), it is likely that it has OVP
which will have to be increased also, or the thing will crowbar. On the
plus side, the OVP will protect the filaments from burnout in case of a
failure.

The other consideration is, if you have lowis line voltage, thyere may not
be enoughy 'he3adroom' for the regulators. In such a case, the ripple can
go up dramatically.

BTW, such supplies often have 'remote voltage sensing' that must be hooked
up properely, else the thing might overvoltage.
