That's an interesting item that, AFAIK, was used only with the
SCR-130. The main unit of the SCR-130 is the BC-7. (How's that
for a really early "basic component" number? I believe it is the
very lowest BC-number that was assigned to a radio component.)

The 1918 BC-7 transmits continuous wave telegraphy, and receives
CW radiotelegraphy and radiotelephone from 550 to 1100 meters
(273 to 545 kHz). The receiver uses three VT-1 tubes (the first
stage can be set to regenerate for CW signals, or set as only
an RF amp for Class B damped spark signals). The transmitter
uses four VT-2 tubes (one as MO, and three in parallel as PA).
The PE-6 dynamotor provides the transmitter plate voltage of 350
vdc. The set box is the earliest ancestor of later sets like
the SCR-178, SCR-284, and SCR-288...it has a fold-down operating
panel in front with a Morse key affixed to it, all setting on legs
to make an operating desk.

The BC-7 is also a part of SCR-127, which did not use the PE-6.

I wonder in any survive intact today.
