Is that the modulator that consists of some ganged together transistors, sort of Darlington style and you plug it into the CW key jack and plug a mike into it?

I have plans for one like that from an old issue of 73 Magazine.  Sure seems simple but I have never tried it.

As for ebay, their search function now seems to infer all kinds of things from your keywords and brings in stuff with titles you did not specify.  Sometimes, rarely, this is good, but often it is just irritating.

Another search I have found useful on occasion is "RT Radio"
