[ARC5] whutter these?

Two interesting items in this auction, I've seen neither before. Trying to find information on them has been an edumakation. What I have determined is the R-32 is part of ARC type 15E, vhf. I can find nothing on the R-30A (not 304 as mentioned in the description). Type 17 maybe? I have found no manuals online. I'm particularly interested in the ADF, of course. Anyone got something on these?
