[ARC5] Tape

I am re-stuffing an Aerovox dual-section electrolytic capacitor. Each section was 10 MFD 450
VDC. The cap was dated 1952, and is shot.
I am using two new CDE WBR types, and I have JUST enough room to get them stacked,
one above the other, in the old can.
I have to insulate the positive end of the upper cap from the negative end of the lower one,
but there is very little room.
I cut several pieces of plastic electrical tape which is rated "up to 600 V at 85 Deg C" and
stuck them one over the other between the two caps.
Are these pieces of tape going to have enough insulation properties to prevent an arc
through them in this situation?
