[ARC5] Building a power supply for an ARC setup

Yes the "inside" wires are easy to spot-  one winding is red with a yellow
stripe  and the other "inside" wire  secondary winding is red with a blue
stripe. Both "outsides" are solid reds.  I will of course test it using
John's suggestion - and beadboard the works to check it out.
