[ARC5] Building a power supply for an ARC setup

I can give you a definite maybe.

The winds can be paralleled, IF they are close enough in output voltage.
This can be measured:

By hooking the secondaries to buck, and measuring the net voltage. If the
difference is a couple of volts or less, with full line on the primary,
you are probably good to go.

Another possible test is to hook the secondaries to buck, put a small lamp
115V bulb (25W or so) in series with the primary, and plug it in. Check
the buld brightness with the secondaries connected to buck and open. If
the light bulb stays about the same brightness, you are good to go. If the
lamp gets much brighter with the secondaries paralleled, it's probably not
a good idea.

With a capacitor input filter, the output voltage will be roughly 1.4x the
RMS AC voltage.
