"yes it is very heavily insulated,,,that may explain the weight by 
volume ratio to an equal volume of aluminium high line wire,,,guessing 
64 strand,,,,,if I were to call it I would call it #4,,,,,,(iooamp 
service usa),,,,pictures are best so i will get them up as soon as i can
