    At Hewlett-Packard we had problems with washing 
equipment with hermetically sealed transformers and chokes 
because if the seal was not quite perfect some moisture 
could get in but would not leave with normal baking out. 
Normal baking was done in a temperature controlled, 
ventilated, oven at 130F. Minimum was 48 hours but I liked 
to leave stuff in for a week when possible.  Open frame 
transformers and chokes would dry out fine.
