[ARC5] 3-48 binding head sizes in SCR-274N

A friend advised me that taking a machine screw and heating it to a dull
cherry red with a torch - then immediately dropping it in some motor oil
will impart an immediate black oxide finish. Not sure it will work with
brass but worth a try. He sent photos that showed it worked well...
