[ARC5] 3-48 binding head sizes in SCR-274N

Those are stainless to be sure, but look at the finish again for that 
whole series of 95836A*** screws...Black Oxide.  I've ordered quite a 
few of these stainless black oxide screws over the last few years.  It's 
a nice satin finish that mimics a black oxide brass screw.  Very durable 
as well.
