[ARC5] 3-48 binding head sizes in SCR-274N

Yes, www.mcmaster.com

Last time I looked they did not have brass #3-48. Fastenall did as I
remember.

Is there any indication they called out brass v. steel for any particular
reason? Or was it just whatever they had on hand. If the latter, I'd think
SS could be used anywhere.

BTW, I think brass can be blackened with some gun blacking solutions, but
SS does not blacken well.
