[ARC5] NDBs

I used a regular AM BCB portable to completely quiet my house. The various
signals are repetitive thru the spectrum. With only a single breaker on and
knowing what it controlled helped speed up the searching.
The cure was somewhat expensive as mix 31 ferrite prices add up and
replacing switcher type wall warts with older linear ones added more cost.
The Fair-Rite 2631803802 was the one most used and Mouser has the best
price.
After my house was fixed I convinced a couple of neighbors to quiet down
their most obnoxious noise makers.
