[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

Years ago, I was told by a friend who was in the CAP and a private pilot,
to always wear narural fibers, like cotton or wool, when flying
commercial, just in case there was a fire. Apparently, synthetic fabrics
burn and melt, causing horrible injury.
