[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

I've use gasoline many times. I found it especially effective on foam which has
disintegrated and turned into sticky goo. I do it outside and use only just
enough as it's nasty stuff if it catches fire. When I'm thinking I wear my
nomex jacket.
