There are many things that are dangerous in large quanties, but benign in
small quantities. Water, for example.

20 ml or so of oil, if handled properly, is not a problem. Sop it up in a
few tissues, Ziplok bag it, and put it in the trash. It will be
incinerated. If you are really concerned about toxicity, wear Nitrile
gloves and work outside.

Wiki says 150,000 tons were produced. Any you have is irrelvant.
