[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

Its amazing how many otherwise intelligent adults get into a knock knee
panic whenever oil and capacitor are mentioned in the same sentence. And
without a clue as to what substance is actually involved.
I think Dave has the right idea!
