[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

I try first with Scrubbing Bubbles on a tooth brush or Q-Tip. If that doesnt 
work I use Greased Lightning. When its safe I use a generic brake cleaner 
and Q Tips or just paper towels and a wood stick.
