Mike's right about the 12 pin connector being tough, but if it means getting those rigs running without boogering anything up, I can probably find one will

No...not practically.

It is far far easier to acquire two SCR-274-N transmitters of
any type than it is to change the wiring of any existing rack.
And even if you are able to find an MT-71/ARC-5 two-transmitter
rack, the purchase of the rare 12-pin A.R.C. type 9377 or 9589
connector that you will need for it, if you can even find one
for sale, will likely cost more than two un-modified SCR-274-N
transmitters!
