That last line should have been:
> 3 Oscillator HV Transmitter select (ground to SELECT)
The command set transmitters are designed to be keyed by HV relay K52
in the MODULATOR unit. Hams often tried to key the transmitter
using the two SELECT (not KEYING) relays in the transmitter. Those
two select relays are designed to remain energized as long as that
transmitter has been selected on the control box.
