Which release?

Charlie Ryan, Johnny Bond, plus Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen 
all had hits of it.

Another favorite is Monster Mash by Bobby "Boris" Pickett and the Crypt 
Kickers.  Alvin and the Chipmunks cut a version also!
