Hi,

I know this is heresy but...

I just pipe the audio into my solid state stereo amplifier when/if
guests have trouble hearing. It's just too easy. My ham shack is in my
music room/garage/workshop/salon/gallery/library/fort.

Most of my on air time is spent wearing cans. I do have radios running
in the background while I'm doing other things but I don't need my
stereo for that. Maybe part of that depends on the amount of space you
have to fill and how loud you need it.
