[ARC5] cement

This is what happens:

To Make:
Limestone or marble + heat ==>  Calcium Oxide + CO2
Grind that up to make cement.

To use:
Mix w/ sand and aggregate; add water

Setup:

Calcium Oxide + water ==> Calcium Hydroxide
Calcium Hydroxide + CO2 from the air ==> Calcium Carbonate. (limestone)
