Some years ago there was a fellow either on this list or milsurplus who
offered these things in bulk to the members. Price was really cheap, think
I got 70 or so for $10 it seems? They came in a tiny ziplok bag and I
promptly squirreled them away to be used at a later date, as in when I find
them again.

Looks like one of those things you'd find in some back street surplus/junk
shop in a bin.
