[ARC5] Blasted Spam Filter!

I'm going to ask nicely one more time:

May I PLEASE have some kind of list or guide about
what sets-off the over-enthusiastic spam filter on this list??

I'm pretty tired of working on a post only
to have it blocked with no clue as to why 
and no guide on what needs to be changed.

I'm not going to continue guessing 
which harmless phrase set-off this 
this spam-guard-on-crack filter.

Please??
