Unquestionably a part of the history of these sets, the question aside
as to whether or not one approves of the subsequent treatment much of
the equipment received. One may legitimately choose, of course, to
pursue the study and collection of the subject equipment only within
the context of its originally intended use. On the other hand the non-
original use and consumption (if you prefer) of this equipment
unquestionably had a tremendous impact on the history of ham radio.
There's plenty of room in the hobby and enough gear still floating
around to accommodate both points of view.
