Hi Fred,

I'm thinking the large scanner would be more expensive than the value of
the project for just a few copies. I work with a couple groups of
musicians (another hobby) and one of them uses a digital camera to copy
other people's handwritten scores.

Maybe the best thing for us to do is lend large documents we might have
to the guys who can do it right and then support them and their
expensive hardware by buying our oversize documents from them. Which
reminds me I have to contact a guy who does that to replace the lost
foldouts from one of my radio manuals.
