    I have not done this but it seems to me that many 
copying places have means to copy blueprints and can handle 
very large originals.  The service is not expensive. Since 
the scan is stored digitally a reproduction of any size is 
possible.  I suggest bringing an original to a Kinkos's or 
similar place would get an answer.
