[ARC5] [MRCA] AN/PRC-74 Schematics

I got a manual from Robert Downs and that is the solution, we are the people that have an interest in this and it is up to us to make these scans correctly and provide them to people when asked.  That is what Robert does and he does an excellent job of it.  Somewhere along the line, we have to take care of what we care about.
