Strictly speaking, there was never any manual produced on the BC-221. They
all cover Frequency Meter Set SCR-211-(letter model).
There were two editions of TM 11-300 produced that covered more than one
letter model of SCR-211. The common 07/20/44 edition that covered all
production models up through SCR-211-AL and one covering SCR-211-A,B,C dated
12/19/41 that I have never come across a copy of. Otherwise, throughout the War,
the SCR-211-(*) Frequency Meter Sets were all issued with either digest
sized single letter model manuals with TM numbers like TM 11-300-AC, which I
have most but not all, of or either unnumbered Instruction Books or numbered
T.O.'s which I have only several of. The TM's were issued by Army Ground
Forces and the IB's or T.O's were issued by Army Air Forces. The single model
manuals contain generally the information in the front of the 1944 TM 11-300
plus the information specific to the letter model shown on each front cover.
The only other manual produced that I know of but doubt any copy survives
is TR 1215-4 dated 06/20/39 which covers SCR-211, the base model with no
suffix letter.
There was one letter model of SCR-211 produced after the War, SCR-211-AN.
Change 1 to TM 11-300 dated 02/25/46 applies.
